ATO Operations

Setting up a training center is a costly and time consuming task. For Training centers partners who want to avoid the burden of setting up a complete ATO, ETOPS can propose two different services from operations support to complete setup.

ATO Operations support

ETOPS can propose to Training center partners a unique “Profit Share” model for Type Rating provisioning

Under this type of agreement, each party considers their direct costs and the margin (after deducting costs) is shared and the Training center is able to offer EASA approved Type Rating courses through ETOPS ATO approval and the use of ETOPS training syllabi and instructors.
This is the easiest way to be able to offer EASA approved Type Rating courses without the cost associated with implementing a new EASA compliant ATO from scratch.

ETOPS can support ATO startup operations from scratch, or expand ATO operations with Type rating training through ETOPS ATO.

ATO Setup

Focus on your core business while ETOPS sets up your ATO

The setup and implementation process of your ATO will be managed by a senior Auditor, and includes the support of various experts from initial training manuals design to onsite support during final EASA audit.

Provide Administrative, Training and Operations manuals (including approved training programs);
Develop the process of managing the ATO organisation;
Day to day procedures implementation;
Authorities management and support during the audit;
Global management of ATO approval;
Training of involved Staff;
Extension and consolidation of the basic FSTD QMS to a global QMS applicable for EASA ATO approval if applicable.
